HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

* A email will be sent to the email you have on file with a tracking number attached. Visit usps.com and input the tracking number to track delivery status.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT NEVER RECIEVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

* If you do not receive a email from FreeGame Apparel within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be incorrect. WHY HAVENT I RECIEVED MY ORDER?

* Orders are shipped 24- 48 hours after order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
In some cases, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. When this occurs we typically restock within 3 business days. If this happens to you check your email, our customer care team will send a email updating you on your order status.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
